Invitation for Bid (IFB) to Furnish Hot Mix Asphalt and Paving Services Low Complexity, for a Period of up to 36 Months from date of Contract Execution.
A Pre-Bid Meeting is scheduled for Thursday, February 20, 2020 at 12:30 p.m. at 567 W. Lake Street, Chicago, IL 60661, 2nd floor Bid Conference Room.
Questions regarding this Bid must be submitted in writing no later than 4:30 p.m. (CST) Monday, February 24, 2020 via e-mail to: shutcherson@transitchicago.com. Vendors must submit their written questions in a Word document. Questions will not be accepted after this date and time.
PLEASE NOTE: Where bids are sent by mail, delivery service or delivered in-person to the CTA Bid Office, the bidders shall be responsible for their delivery only to the Bid Office before the advertised date and hour for the opening of the bids. The Bid Office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Chicago time, except holidays.
