Cleaning and Repair Service for Rail Car Pre-Filters for a Period of Up to Thirty-Six (36) Months from Date of Execution, F.O.B Destination.
Notice of Additional Information was issued Thursday, October 25, 2018.
The bid due date has been extended from Wednesday, October 17, 2018 to Wednesday, October 31, 2018.
A Site Visit has been scheduled for Friday, October 19, 2018 from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. at the CTA’s Skokie Shops Facility located at 3701 West Oakton Street, Skokie, Illinois 60076. Bidders must make arrangements with the Procurement Administrator listed below no later than Thursday, October 18, 2018 by 2:00 p.m. RSVP is Mandatory.
Addendum No. 1 was issued Monday, October 8, 2018; please acknowledge the receipt of this addendum on the proposal page.
Questions regarding this Bid must be submitted in writing no later than 4:30 p.m. (CST) Friday, September 28, 2018 via e-mail to: lhendrix@transitchicago.com. Vendors must submit their written questions in a Word document. Questions will not be accepted after this date and time.
PLEASE NOTE: When bids are sent by mail, delivery service or delivered in-person to the CTA Bid Office, the bidders shall be responsible for their delivery only to the Bid Office before the advertised date and hour for the opening of the bids. The Bid Office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (CST) except holidays.
