Invitation for Bid (IFB) for Small Business Enterprise (SBE) Firm(s) to Provide Staff for Project-Specific Call Line for Red and Purple Modernization Program for a Period of up to Thirty-Six Months with Three (3) One-Year Options from date of Contract Execution. (REVISED)

The bid opening date has been extended from Wednesday, November 13, 2019 to Wednesday, November 20, 2019.  Please acknowledge receipt of this notice on the execution page.

A Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on Wednesday, October 23, 2019 at 2:30 p.m. (CST) at 567 West Lake Street, 2nd Floor, Bid Office Conference Room, Chicago, Illinois 60661.

Questions regarding this Bid must be submitted in writing no later than 4:30 p.m. (CST) Wednesday, October 30, 2019 via e-mail to: tshelby@transitchicago.com.  Vendors must submit their written questions in a Word document. Questions will not be accepted after this date and time.

PLEASE NOTE: Where bids are sent by mail, delivery service or delivered in-person to the CTA Bid Office, the bidders shall be responsible for their delivery only to the Bid Office before the advertised date and hour for the opening of the bids. The Bid Office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Chicago time, except holidays.
