Request for Proposals (RFP) for Management of Gifts Program for a Period of Up to Three Years with Two One-Year Options.
Questions regarding this RFP must be submitted in writing no later than 4:30 p.m. (CST) Friday, June 15, 2018 via e-mail to: tshelby@transitchicago.com. Vendors must submit their written questions in a Word document. Questions will not be accepted after this date and time.
PLEASE NOTE: Where proposals are sent by mail, delivery service or delivered in-person to the CTA Bid Office, the bidders shall be responsible for their delivery only to the Bid Office before the advertised date and hour for the opening of the bids. The Bid Office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:40 p.m. Chicago time, except holidays.
