Request for Proposals (RFP) for Professional Property Management Services for CTA Office Locations at 567 W. Lake, 120 N. Racine and the CTA Warehouse Facility located at 901 West Division for Three Years with Two One-Year Options.
Addendum No. 1 was issued on Wednesday, February 19, 2020.
The bid opening date has been extended from Friday, February 21, 2020 to Wednesday, March 4, 2020. Addendum No. 1 to follow.
The bid opening date has been extended from Friday, February 7, 2020, to Friday, February 21, 2020. Addendum No. 1 to follow.

Site visits are scheduled for the subject properties on Tuesday, November 26, 2019 at the following times and locations:
9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. at the CTA Warehouse Facility located at 901 West Division.
10:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at 120 N. Racine.
11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at 567 W. Lake Street.
Interested proposers must be at CTA’s security window at 901 W. Division promptly at 9:00 a.m. in order to be escorted by CTA staff into the warehouse.
A pre-proposal meeting is scheduled at 2:30 p.m. at 567 W. Lake Street, Tuesday, November 26, 2019 in Conference Rooms 2A&B.
Proposers must RSVP if they are attending the site visit and/or the pre-proposal meeting no later than Friday, November 22, 2019 at 4:30 p.m.
Questions regarding this RFP must be submitted in writing no later than 4:30 p.m. (CST) Tuesday, December 10, 2019 via e-mail to: pmckenna@transitchicago.com. Vendors must submit their written questions in a Word document. Questions will not be accepted after this time and date.
Also, proposals are available for pick-up in person at 567 W. Lake Street at the Bid Office – 2nd Floor.
PLEASE NOTE: Where proposals are sent by mail, delivery service or delivered in-person to the CTA Bid Office, the bidders shall be responsible for their delivery only to the Bid Office before the advertised date and hour for the opening of the bids. The Bid Office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Chicago time, except holidays.
