Description:
Furnish Labor, Materials, Tools, Equipment and Related Items Necessary to Provide Asbestos Abatement and Mold Remediation from Various Chicago Transit Authority Locations within the Chicago Metropolitan Area as Required for a Period of Up to Thirty-Six (36) Months from Date of Contract Execution.
Addendum No. 1 was issued Monday, October 8, 2018; please acknowledge the receipt of this addendum.
The bid due date has been extended from Tuesday, October 9, 2018 to Tuesday, October 16, 2018.

Pre-Bid Meeting: Wednesday, September 19, 2018 at 2:30 p.m. (CST) Chicago Transit Authority, 2nd Floor Conference Center - A, 567 West Lake Street, Chicago, Illinois 60661-1498.
Questions regarding this Bid must be submitted in writing no later than 4:30 p.m. (CST) Friday, September 28, 2018 via e-mail to: jdepino@transitchicago.com. Vendors must submit their written questions in a Word document. Questions will not be accepted after this date and time.
PLEASE NOTE: When bids are sent by mail, delivery service or delivered in-person to the CTA Bid Office, the bidders shall be responsible for their delivery only to the Bid Office before the advertised date and hour for the opening of the bids. The Bid Office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (CST) except holidays.
Bid packages are available for pick-up at the Bid Office – 2nd Floor, 567 West Lake Street, Chicago, Illinois 60661.
