Request for Proposals (RFP) for Office Management Services for the CTA's Red and Purple Modernization Program, RPM Phase One for a Period of Up to Three Years with Three One-Year Options.

Notice of Additional Information was issued Tuesday, June 4, 2019.

A Pre-Proposal Meeting will be held on Thursday, May 23, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. (CST) at 567 West Lake Street, 2nd Floor, Bid Conference Room, Chicago, Illinois 60661.

Questions regarding this RFP must be submitted in writing no later than 4:30 p.m. (CST) Thursday, May 30, 2019 via e-mail to: jkerschensteiner@transitchicago.com. Vendors must submit their written questions in a Word document. Questions will not be accepted after this date and time.

PLEASE NOTE: Where proposals are sent by mail, delivery service or delivered in-person to the CTA Bid Office, the bidders shall be responsible for their delivery only to the Bid Office before the advertised date and hour for the opening of the bids. The Bid Office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (CST), except holidays.
