Invitation for Bid (IFB) for Small Business Enterprise (SBE) Firm(s) to Provide Staffing for Printed Material Distribution for the CTA’s Red and Purple Modernization Program (RPM) for a Period of 3 Years with 3 One Year Options.
A Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on Tuesday, October 22, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. (CST) at 567 West Lake Street, 2nd Floor, Conference Room A, Chicago, Illinois 60661.
Questions regarding this Bid must be submitted in writing no later than 4:30 p.m. (CST) Tuesday, October 29, 2019 via e-mail to: svillasenor@transitchicago.com. Vendors must submit their written questions in a Word document. Questions will not be accepted after this date and time.
PLEASE NOTE: Where bids are sent by mail, delivery service or delivered in-person to the CTA Bid Office, the bidders shall be responsible for their delivery only to the Bid Office before the advertised date and hour for the opening of the bids. The Bid Office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Chicago time, except holidays.
