Request for Proposals (RFP) for the Purchase of Up to Four (4) Self-Propelled, Multi-Function, Diesel Engine Powered Snow Fighter Vehicles.

The bid due date has been extended from Monday, July 1, 2019 to Monday, July 15, 2019.

Addendum No. 1 was issued Wednesday, May 29, 2019; please acknowledge receipt.

The bid due date has been extended from Monday, May 20, 2019 to Monday, July 1, 2019.

Also, the due date for written questions regarding this RFP has been extended. All questions must be submitted in writing no later than 4:30 p.m. (CST) Friday, May 17, 2019 via e-mail to: lbejar@transitchicagocom. Vendors must submit their written questions in a Word document. Questions will not be accepted after this date and time.

Notice of Additional Information was issued Thursday, May 2, 2019.

Pre-Proposal Meeting & Site Visit: Tuesday, April 30, 2019 at 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. (CST) at Skokie Shops, Main Conference Room, 3701 Oakton Street, Skokie, Illinois 60076.

Questions regarding this RFP must be submitted in writing no later than 4:30 p.m. (CST) Friday, May 3, 2019 via e-mail to: lbejar@transitchicago.com. Vendors must submit their written questions in a Word document. Questions will not be accepted after this date and time.

PLEASE NOTE: Where proposals are sent by mail, delivery service or delivered in-person to the CTA Bid Office, the bidders shall be responsible for their delivery only to the Bid Office before the advertised date and hour for the opening of the bids. The Bid Office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Chicago time, except holidays.
