A Pre-Proposal Meeting will be held on Tuesday, June 11, 2019 at 1:00 p.m. (CST) at 567 West Lake Street, 2nd Floor, Conference Room 2B & 2C, Chicago, Illinois 60661.
Diversity Outreach Event: Immediately following the Pre-Proposal Meeting.
Questions regarding this LIQ must be submitted in writing no later than 3:30 p.m. (CST) Wednesday, June 19, 2019 via e-mail to: kbradley@transitchicago.com. Vendors must submit their written questions in a Word document. Questions will not be accepted after this date and time.
PLEASE NOTE: Where proposals are sent by mail, delivery service or delivered in-person to the CTA Bid Office, the bidders shall be responsible for their delivery only to the Bid Office before the advertised date and hour for the opening of the bids. The Bid Office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Chicago time, except holidays.
