Description:

Request for Proposals (RFP) to Provide Event Management Services for the CTA's Red and Purple Modernization Program, RPM Phase One, for a Period of Up to Three Years with Three One-Year Options.

Addendum No. (1) was issued Tuesday, May 21, 2019; please take this information into account when preparing your proposal.

The bid due date has been extended from Friday, May 31, 2019 to Friday, June 7, 2019.

Also, the due date for written questions regarding this RFP has been extended. All questions must be submitted in writing no later than 4:30 p.m. (CST) Wednesday, May 15, 2019 via e-mail to: pmckenna@transitchicagocom. Vendors must submit their written questions in a Word document. Questions will not be accepted after this date and time.

A Pre-Proposal Meeting will be held on Wednesday, May 8, 2019 at 3:30 p.m. (CST) at 567 West Lake Street, 2nd Floor Bid Conference Room, Chicago, Illinois 60661.

Proposers must e-mail they are attending no later than 5:00 p.m. (CST) Tuesday, May 7, 2019 to: pmckenna@transitchicago.com.

Questions regarding this RFP must be submitted in writing no later than 4:30 p.m. (CST) Friday, May 10, 2019 via e-mail to: pmckenna@transitchicago.com. Vendors must submit their written questions in a Word document. Questions will not be accepted after this date and time.

PLEASE NOTE: Where proposals are sent by mail, delivery service or delivered in-person to the CTA Bid Office, the bidders shall be responsible for their delivery only to the Bid Office before the advertised date and hour for the opening of the bids. The Bid Office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Chicago time, except holidays.
