Invitation for Bids (IFB) for Escalator, Passenger Elevator, Freight Elevator, Dumbwaiter and Wheelchair Lifts 3rd Party Inspections for a Period of up to 36 Months from date of Contract Execution.
Site Visit: Monday, November 25, 2019 at 10:30 a.m. at State of Illinois Building (Thompson Center) 100 W. Randolph St., Chicago, IL 60601. Meet at the CTA vestibule inside.
Questions regarding this Bid must be submitted in writing no later than 4:30 p.m. (CST) Tuesday, December 3, 2019 via e-mail to: jwojcik@transitchicago.com. Vendors must submit their written questions in a Word document. Questions will not be accepted after this date and time.
Also, bid packages are available for pick-up in person at 567 W. Lake Street at the Bid Office – 2nd Floor.
PLEASE NOTE: Where bids are sent by mail, delivery service or delivered in-person to the CTA Bid Office, the bidders shall be responsible for their delivery only to the Bid Office before the advertised date and hour for the opening of the bids. The Bid Office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Chicago time, except holidays.
