Pre-Bid Meeting: Tuesday, March 12, 2019 at 1:00 p.m. (CST) at the Chicago Transit Authority, 2nd Floor Bid Conference Room, 567 West Lake Street, Chicago, Illinois 60661.
Questions regarding this Bid must be submitted in writing no later than 4:30 p.m. (CST) Tuesday, March 19, 2019 via e-mail to: firstname.lastname@example.org. Vendors must submit their written questions in a Word document. Questions will not be accepted after this date and time.
PLEASE NOTE: When bids are sent by mail, delivery service or delivered in-person to the CTA Bid Office, the bidders shall be responsible for their delivery only to the Bid Office before the advertised date and hour for the opening of the bids. The Bid Office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (CST) except holidays.
