Request for Proposals (RFP) for Temporary Staffing Services for a Period of Up to Three (3) Years with One One-Year Option from Date of Contract Execution.

The bid opening date has been extended from Friday, July 12, 2019, to Friday, July 19, 2019.

Addendum No. 1 was issued Friday, June 28, 2019; please acknowledge this on the cover letter included with your response.

The bid due date has been extended from Friday, June 21, 2019 to Friday, July 12, 2019.

The bid due date has been extended from Tuesday, June 4, 2019 to Friday, June 21, 2019.

A Pre-Proposal Meeting will be held on Friday, May 10, 2019 at 10:30 a.m. (CST) at 567 West Lake Street, 2nd Floor Bid Conference Room, Chicago, Illinois 60661.

Also, the deadline for written questions regarding this RFP has been extended. All questions must be submitted in writing no later than 4:30 p.m. (CST) Tuesday, May 14, 2019 via e-mail to: tshelby@transitchicago.com and ilinares@transitchicago.com. Vendors must submit their written questions in a Word document. Questions will not be accepted after this date and time.

PLEASE NOTE: Where proposals are sent by mail, delivery service or delivered in-person to the CTA Bid Office, the bidders shall be responsible for their delivery only to the Bid Office before the advertised date and hour for the opening of the bids. The Bid Office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Chicago time, except holidays.
