The bid opening date has been extended from Friday, April 3, 2020 to Friday, April 17, 2020. 

Notice of Additional Information was issued Friday, March 13, 2020.

CORRECTION OF QUESTIONS DUE DATE WAS ISSUED ON TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 25, 2020.

Pre-Proposal Meeting: Thursday, March 12, 2020 at 2:30 P.M. (CST) at Chicago Transit Authority, 2nd Floor Bid Conference Room, 567 West Lake Street, Chicago, Illinois 60661.

Diversity Outreach Event: Immediately following Pre-Proposal Meeting.

All questions must be submitted in writing no later than 3:00 p.m. (CST) Wednesday, March 18, 2020 via e-mail to: Bmedina@transitchicago.com. Vendors must submit their written questions in a Word document. Questions will not be accepted after this date and time.

Also, proposals are available for pick-up in person at 567 W. Lake Street at the Bid Office – 2nd Floor.

PLEASE NOTE: Where proposals are sent by mail, delivery service or delivered in-person to the CTA Bid Office, the bidders shall be responsible for their delivery only to the Bid Office before the advertised date and hour for the opening of the bids. The Bid Office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Chicago time, except holidays.
