Description:

Request for Proposals (RFP) for Security Guard (Unarmed) Services to Protect CTA Customers, Personnel and Facilities as Required for a Period of Three (3) Years with Two (2) One-Year Options.

Addendum No. 2 was issued Friday, May 1, 2020.  Please take this information into account when preparing your proposal.

The bid opening date has been extended from Thursday, April 30, 2020 to Friday, May 15, 2020.

Addendum No. 1 was issued Thursday, April 9, 2020. Please take this information into account when preparing your proposal.

The bid opening date has been extended from Friday, April 10, 2020 to Thursday, April 30, 2020.

Questions regarding this RFP must be submitted in writing no later than 4:30 p.m. (CST) Friday, March 27, 2020 via e-mail to: jhegg@transitchicago.com. Vendors must submit their written questions in a Word document. Questions will not be accepted after this time and date.

Also, proposals are available for pick-up in person at 567 W. Lake Street at the Bid Office – 2nd Floor.

PLEASE NOTE: Where proposals are sent by mail, delivery service or delivered in-person to the CTA Bid Office, the bidders shall be responsible for their delivery only to the Bid Office before the advertised date and hour for the opening of the bids. The Bid Office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Chicago time, except holidays.
