Request for Proposal (RFP) for workforce development consultants for the CTA’s Red and Purple Modernization Project for a period of one year with four one-year options.
A Pre-Proposal meeting will be held on Monday, July 8, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. at 567 W. Lake Street, Chicago, IL 2nd Floor Board Room. Vendors should RSVP via e-mail to: tshelby@transitchicago.com by Friday, June 28, 2019.
Questions regarding this RFP must be submitted in writing no later than 12:00 noon (CST) Friday, July 12, 2019 via e-mail to: tshelby@transitchicago.com. Vendors must submit their written questions in a Word document. Questions will not be accepted after this time and date.
Also, proposals are available for pick-up in person at 567 W. Lake Street at the Bid Office – 2nd Floor.
PLEASE NOTE: Where proposals are sent by mail, delivery service or delivered in-person to the CTA Bid Office, the bidders shall be responsible for their delivery only to the Bid Office before the advertised date and hour for the opening of the bids. The Bid Office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Chicago time, except holidays.
