Description:

License, Maintenance, and Support for IBM Enterprise Software for a Period of up to 12 Months from January 1, 2020.

The bid opening date has been extended from Friday, November 1, 2019, to Friday, November 8, 2019.  

The bid opening date has been extended from Tuesday, October 22, 2019, to Friday, November 1, 2019.

Addendum No. 1 was issued Friday, October 11, 2019.  Receipt of the Addendum must be acknowledged in the box provided at the top of the page titled "TO BE EXECUTED BY A CORPORATION" or "TO BE EXECUTED BY A SOLE PROPRIETOR" or "TO BE EXECUTED BY PARTNERSHIP OR JOINT VENTURE", whichever page is applicable. Proposers must take this Addendum into consideration when preparing your responses.

Questions regarding this Bid must be submitted in writing no later than 4:30 p.m. (CST) Friday, October 11, 2019 via e-mail to: jhegg@transitchicago.com. Vendors must submit their written questions in a Word document. Questions will not be accepted after this date and time.

PLEASE NOTE: Where bids are sent by mail, delivery service or delivered in-person to the CTA Bid Office, the bidders shall be responsible for their delivery only to the Bid Office before the advertised date and hour for the opening of the bids. The Bid Office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Chicago time, except holidays.
