Description:

Request for Proposals (RFP) for Marketing, Graphic Arts, Website, Database and Social Media Services for the CTA's Red and Purple Modernization Program, RPM Phase One, for a Period of Up to Three Years with Three One-Year Options.

The bid opening date has been extended from Friday, May 17, 2019, to Friday, May 24, 2019. 

Addendum No. 1 was issued Monday, May 6, 2019; please take this information into account when preparing your proposal.

Notice of Additional Information was issued Tuesday, April 30, 2019.

A Pre-Proposal Meeting will be held on Wednesday, April 24, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. (CST) at 567 West Lake Street, Conference Room 2B, Chicago, Illinois 60661.

Proposers must e-mail they are attending no later than 5:00 p.m. (CST) Tuesday, April 23, 2019 to: pmckenna@transitchicago.com.

Questions regarding this RFP must be submitted in writing no later than 4:30 p.m. (CST) Friday, April 26, 2019 via e-mail to: pmckenna@transitchicago.com. Vendors must submit their written questions in a Word document. Questions will not be accepted after this date and time.

PLEASE NOTE: Where proposals are sent by mail, delivery service or delivered in-person to the CTA Bid Office, the bidders shall be responsible for their delivery only to the Bid Office before the advertised date and hour for the opening of the bids. The Bid Office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Chicago time, except holidays.
