The bid opening date has been extended from Friday, December 6, 2019, to Tuesday, January 7, 2020.

A site visit has been scheduled for the subject RFP on Friday, October 18, 2019 at 9:00 a.m. (CST) at the CTA Central Warehouse located at 901 W. Division St., Chicago, IL.

Proposers must email they are attending the site visit no later than 5:00 p.m. (CST) Wednesday, October 16, 2019 to pmckenna@transitchicago.com. Please check in with the Security Desk at 901 W. Division no later than 10:00 a.m. and CTA staff will be present to escort you into the warehouse.

A Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on Friday, October 18, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. (CST) at 567 West Lake Street, 2nd Floor, Bid Office Conference Room, Chicago, Illinois 60661. Proposers must email they are attending no later than 5:00 p.m. (CST) Wednesday, October 16, 2019 to pmckenna@transitchicago.com.

Questions regarding this RFP must be submitted in writing no later than 4:30 p.m. (CST) Friday, November 1, 2019 via e-mail to: pmckenna@transitchicago.com. Vendors must submit their written questions in a Word document. Questions will not be accepted after this time and date.

Also, proposals are available for pick-up in person at 567 W. Lake Street at the Bid Office – 2nd Floor.

PLEASE NOTE: Where proposals are sent by mail, delivery service or delivered in-person to the CTA Bid Office, the bidders shall be responsible for their delivery only to the Bid Office before the advertised date and hour for the opening of the bids. The Bid Office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Chicago time, except holidays.
