Healthy travel tips

We ask everyone traveling our buses and trains to help stop the spread of COVID-19 by adhering to the following:

Artboard_2

Always wear your mask, and wear it right. Face masks/coverings must be worn at all times while on CTA properties, per federal mandate.
Artboard_6

Use contactless payment options to board (i.e. Ventra Card, mobile app and/or contactless bankcards.)
Artboard_1 Keep your distance. Stagger seating and spread out where possible.
Artboard_5 Avoid crowded vehicles. Move to another rail car or wait for the next bus/train. Use the Ridership Dashboards to avoid crowded travel periods.
Artboard_4 Limit touching surfaces (i.e. handrails, straps, seat backs, etc.).
Artboard_3 Wash/sanitize hands, before and after traveling.
