Boarding Change at Sheridan
How does this affect my trip?
Customers will board/exit all trains on the normal platforms at Sheridan station, but will board/exit trains on the outer tracks instead of the inner tracks.
Trains will operate on the tracks normally used by Purple Line Express trains between Wilson and Addison.
Allow extra travel time.
Why is service being changed?
We are performing track maintenance to ensure that trains continue to operate safely along the Red Line.

Boarding Change, Delays Between Sox-35th and 47th
How does this affect my trip?
Board/exit all trains on the Howard-bound side of the platform at the Sox-35th station.
Trains in both directions will operate on the track between the Sox-35th and 47th stations, resulting in minor delays.
Allow extra travel time.
Why is service being changed?
We are performing track maintenance to ensure that trains continue to operate safely along the Red Line.
YELLOW LINE

Extra Yellow Line Service
How does this affect my trip?
- Weekdays (except Friday, July 3): Trains will operate every 15 minutes until midnight from Howard.
- Weekends (including Saturday, July 4): Trains will operate every 10-15 minutes until midnight from Howard.
- On Friday, July 3 (Fireworks Night): Trains will operate every 10-15 minutes until 2am from Howard.
Note: Bicycles are not allowed on trains July 3 and 4.
Why is service being changed?
Extra service will operate on the Yellow Line for the Taste of Chicago and July 3rd Fireworks Night for the convenience of customers.

Westbound buses will now temporarily serve the bus stop on the northeast corner of Grand/Dearborn (the same location as the #65 Grand bus stop).
Why is service being changed?
The additional stop has been added due to construction to renovate the Grand Red Line subway station.

How does this affect my trip?
Southbound buses will operate via Grand, Clark, and Illinois, then resume their normal route on State.
Northbound buses are not affected.
Why is service being changed?
Buses are rerouted due to construction to renovate the Grand Red Line subway station.
#36 Broadway Bus Stop Temporary Addition and Eliminations

How does this affect my trip?
- Southbound buses will now temporarily serve the bus stop on the northwest corner of Clark/Grand.
- The northbound bus stop on the southeast corner of State/Grand will be temporarily eliminated.
- The southbound bus stop on the northwest corner of State/Grand will be temporarily eliminated.
Why is service being changed?
The temporary additional stop and eliminations are due to construction to renovate the Grand Red Line subway station.

Southbound buses will operate via State, Ontario, Clark, and Illinois, then resume their normal route on State.
Northbound buses will operate via Dearborn and Ohio, then resume their normal route on State.

Buses are rerouted due to construction to renovate the Grand Red Line subway station.
