How does this affect my trip?
Stony Island between 63rd and 57th, Hyde Park to 57th, and Lake Shore Drive between 57th and 31st will be closed. Buses will be rerouted.
#6: Northbound buses will operate via 71st, Jeffery, 67th, Cottage Grove, 55th, Lake Park, 56th, Hyde Park, Lake Park, 47th, King Drive, Cermak, and Michigan. Southbound buses will operate via Michigan, Cermak, King Drive, 47th, Lake Park, Hyde Park, 55th, Cottage Grove, 67th, Jeffery, and 75th, then resume their normal route on South Shore.
#10: Southbound buses will operate via Balbo, Michigan, 47th, Lake Park, 56th, and Hyde Park to 55th, ending their trips at Hyde Park/55th. Northbound buses will begin their trips at Hyde Park/55th, operate via Hyde Park, Lake Park, 47th, King Drive, Cermak, and Michigan, then resume their normal route on Balbo.
#14: Buses will operate in both directions via Jeffery, 67th, King Drive, Cermak, and Michigan.
#15, #28: Buses will operate in both directions via 67th, Cottage Grove, 55th, and Lake Park.
#55: Eastbound buses will operate via 55th, Lake Park, 56th, and Hyde Park to 55th, ending their trips at Hyde Park/55th. Westbound buses will begin their trips at Hyde Park/55th, then continue their normal route on 55th.
#67th: Eastbound buses will operate via Stony Island to 69th, ending their trips at Stony Island/69th. Westbound buses will begin their trips at Stony Island/69th, operate via Stony Island to 67th, then resume their normal route on 67th.
Why is service being changed?
Buses are being rerouted due to the Chicago Half Marathon.
