You may subscribe to receive information from CTA, such as information about planned or unplanned events that affect transit service delivered through the CTA Updates service, or to receive news about CTA and our services. Surveys

From time to time, the CTA may conduct online surveys that customers will be invited to complete on a voluntary basis. Children's Privacy

Pursuant to the Federal Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act and other relevant regulations, the CTA will not knowingly solicit or collect personal information through its website from persons under the age of 13. Employment-Related Information

If you are interested in CTA employment you can apply online and submit information regarding past work experience. This information will be used only for evaluating an applicant's qualifications for a position with CTA. Employment-related information is handled by a third party vendor named Oracle.
