• Mentor Protege Program (53KB PDF Document). This program is designed to assist in promotion and expansion of minority, women-owned and disadvantaged businesses. It provides an incentive to the prime contractor and the DBE that will allow for the successful entry of the DBE into free enterprise system.
• Business Development Program (122KB). This program is designed to provide training and development assistance in capacity building to firms accepted by the CTA as eligible Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBEs).
