55th/St. Louis Turnaround License Agreement Renewal

- Turnaround on land owned by the Chicago Board Of Education.
- Used during owl, mid-day and weekend periods for short-turns
- Site being developed for new Southwest Area Middle School (open Fall 2009)
- Bus turnaround incorporated into school bus drive, and includes exclusive washroom for CTA bus operators.
- Favorable terms of $1/year.
