Accessible bus routes

All of our bus routes use accessible buses for riders with disabilities. Lifts and ramps on all buses are available for use upon request by anyone who has trouble with steps, even temporarily.

Accessible ‘L’ train stations

The following list shows train stations which are accessible.

All CTA trains have accessible features, including locations inside cars where a wheelchair can be secured. Get schedules, maps and more information from our System & Route Guides.

Green Line stations

Orange Line stations

Pink Line stations

Purple Line (Local and Express) stations

During all hours where Purple Line service operates: Linden, Davis, Howard

Purple Line Express (weekday rush periods only) trains also serve these accessible CTA stations: Wilson, Belmont, Wellington, Diversey, Fullerton, Armitage, Sedgwick, Chicago, Merchandise Mart, Clark/Lake, Washington/Wabash, Harold Washington Library-State/Van Buren, Quincy, Washington/Wells.

Red Line stations
