The CTA has incorporated public comment and completed the technical aspects of the Alternatives Analysis Study and recommended adoption of a Locally Preferred Alternative (LPA) by the Chicago Transit Board on August 12, 2009.
On August 12, 2009, the Transit Board adopted the LPA. As this project progresses through the next stages Federal Transit Administration’s New Starts process, public outreach will continue and project updates will be posted on this web page.
